Yacht Rental Policies
Do I need a boating license to rent a yacht?
No license is needed!
All our rentals include a professional, licensed captain to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before departure.
- 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before departure.
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of your booking.
- In case of severe weather, we offer rescheduling or a full refund.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely!
You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages. However, we also offer luxury catering services for a hassle-free experience.

How many people can a yacht accommodate?
Capacity depends on the yacht model. Most of our yachts hold between 10-13 guests, in compliance with US Coast Guard regulations.

Are pets allowed onboard?

Is drinking alcohol allowed onboard?
Yes, guests 21+ may enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly. However, the captain reserves the right to end the trip if excessive intoxication poses a safety risk.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Safety is our priority. If severe weather prevents departure, we offer rescheduling or a full refund. Light rain does not qualify for cancellations.
Are kids allowed onboard?
Absolutly!
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. We also provide life jackets for all ages.
